The HP series haven't really explained a whole lot about the first wizard war. My prediction is that its definitely more violent, meaning the rating increases. I'm going to take you guys back to the beginning of the war, where all of this happens. This will take a lot of research and such. The content is not my work. This is purely fanfiction. Enjoy :)

Chapter 1 : The beginning (1970s)

(Moody's office)

"The time has entered a dark age. We must fight back with equal force and we shall do so. Through justice and righteous, the magical community shall not accept these brutal and justify murders committed by..."

"What a load of trash," said Moody as he closed the radio. "They didn't believe and care when the Death Eaters were killing countless muggles and now when the bloody fools go killing our kind, well, they can go shove their wand up their..."

Dumbledore stared at him. "Alastor, that's enough. You know as much as I do that the danger that we are in is about to become worse. We must not create problems but rather take a step on how to solve it."

"Hmmph. You knew the boy, didn't you Albus?" Said Moody.

Albus replied "And so I thought I did Alastor. Though I knew he was a troubled boy, I did not expect him to come as far as..."

"What, go torture a bunch of people and murder them on top of it? And that he goes create his own private army? That he's strong enough to take down the Ministry? That he got 25-foot giants ready to demolish us? A bit too late ALBUS!" Moody slammed on the table, breathing hard. "What are we going to do now Albus? A bit too late to be feeling sorry..."

"Alastor, you did not let me finish. As I was going to say, yes, I didn't expect Tom to go this far. However, that does not mean I don't expect him to do such action. In fact, I'm a bit disappointed."

said Albus.

" Disappointed? Dumbledore, you..." said Moody.

"That Tom is using such common tactics to get us down. He is simply repeating the actions that dark wizards have used in the past. That does not mean that we shouldn't be aware but that does not mean we stand no hope against him." Dumbledore simply said. "Right now, as you said, we must take action." Dumbledore started standing up and walked to the door. He paused, then turned around, "Alastor, in dawn break I want you to gather as many supporters as you can and meet me at the same place usual. Oh, and if you can tell me the location of Mundungus Fletcher too. Sent an owl when you're done with everything."

"What... What are you planning Dumbledore?" said Moody.

"Well, the answer is clear. In the time of darkness, a light of hope must exist. That light shall be known as the Order of the Phoenix. Good day and goodbye Alastor." said Dumbledore. He then opened the door and walked out.

"That man Dumbledore. Oh well Oi, GET ME A OWL NOW. We might have some serious stuff ahead of us." Alastor said as he looked out of the window.
