“You might belong in Hufflepuff,
Where they are just and loyal,
Those patient Hufflepuffs are true,
And unafraid of toil”

Hufflepuff Hall of Fame
As humble Hufflepuffs, we don't have the need to brag much. To contribute to our family is as much acknowledgement as we need. However, the teasing from other houses can get annoying at times. To think that none of the other students know the roles that 'Puffs have played in history, acting as if Hufflepuff could ceast to exist altogether. Even worse, they've confused us as one of their house (because no one from our house can be that great, apparently)! In the end, whether past or present, all of us here share a Hufflepuff heritage: we are all family and we should appreciate the hard work and dedication that these star Hufflepuff students have crafted through their lifetimes. Below, you will be entering the Hufflepuff Hall of Fame.

Helga Hufflepuff

Welcome to the Hufflepuff Dormitories!
You walk the dimly lit halls of Hogwarts, towards the Hufflepuff dorms. As you round the corner, the warm scent of Bouillabaisse from the kitchens hit you with a sense of home. Grabbing a snack from the counter, you proceed to a pile of large barrels in a shadowy stone recess on the right-hand side of the corridor. You smile at the entrance to your dorm: it was simple and honest, hidden in the corner as most Hufflepuff students. It was perfect. You tap barrel two from the bottom, middle of the second row, to the rhythm of 'Helga Hufflepuff', grinning to yourself at the thought of a Gryffindor or Slytherin trying to break into the Hufflepuff dormitories but getting drenched in vinegar for tapping the wrong barrel, or rhythm.
You watch as the barrel shifts up, and a earthly passage slops downward into the common room. The scent of nature never ceased to impress you and you made your way down, trailing your fingers on the smooth, earthen wall. You head to your room, but not before you stopped to admire the colorful explosion of plants adorning the honey-colored wood tables and furniture around the room. The cacti never stopped amazing you with their beauty and you enjoyed the feel of the overhead ferns and ivies brushing your hair as you passed under them.

But your favorite part of the dorm was how the portrait of Helga Hufflepuff hung in the center of the commons over the wooden mantelpiece, reminding all Hufflepuffs to be kind and hardworking and inspiring the lot. You also liked how the colors of yellow and black bounced around the room, like a flurry of hardworking honey bees doing their job. You also enjoyed the symbolism in the color yellow. Yellow stood for sunshine, hope, happiness, freshness, positivity, remembrance, intellect, honor, loyalty, and many other qualities.

As you enter your sleeping room, you couldn't help but to feel at ease with your Hogwarts house. Hufflepuff is your home.
Helga Hufflepuff was a Welish witch and one of the four founders of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She is known for her kindness and care, but many of her colleges adored her food-related charms. While the other founders prized the wise or cunning, Helga welcomed all students, particularly hard workers, as she saw the value and talent in even the quietest of voices.

Newton Scamander

Newton Artemis Fido Scamander was a Magizoologist and the author of trusted Hogwarts textbook Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. At Hogwarts, he had developed a friendship with Leta Lestrange. who shared his interest in magical beasts and feeling of being an outsider. Unfortunately, one of Leta's experiments with a Jarvey had gone too far and endangered a life of a student. Instead of having Leta expelled, Newt took the blame for her actions and was expelled in her place. He then proceeded to travel the world at an early age, in 1926, visiting New York on an adventure...
